5.8 6 Two teams each had to cook for 25 diners. The Yellow Team was earlier in service while the Green Team forgot to serve 12 plates of main course. The Yellow Team's main had perfect lamb but insufficient reduction, while their dessert was loved by the judges. However, the Green Team's dish had insufficient salt and acidity, while the dessert had unnecessary smokiness, too much sweetness, and an overbaked cookie. Thus, Yellow Team joined Nicole in the Finals, sending Green Team to elimination.
