7.9 8 The contestants were asked to recreate peter's white coral, which replaced the snow egg at his restaurant after 10 years. The contestants had two hours to recreate the dish and the 'top three' contestant's recreations would move onto the Grand Finale. Tim, unfortunately, made a coral which had technical difficulties and therefore was eliminated, leaving Larissa, Tessa and Simon in the finale.
