7.7 383 Naruto wakes up in the hospital, after three days of recovering. He meets Shikamaru there, who went visit Chôji. Meanwhile, Sakura goes to visit Lee, and notices there's no one in the hospital reception. She feels something strange after changing Lee's flowers, but she sees nothing, so she leaves to visit Naruto. But the awkward presence is still there, and is a real danger: Gaara.
